Bank Document Exception Tracking

OPUSx tracking document exception in Mortgage or Loan documents is a simple process. Exceptions can be loaned with the OPUS Interface module and can automatically assign your exceptions to Specialist base on rules.

Exceptions can be re-routed to other Specialist or to workgroups.

While working the exceptions, users can use pre-defined Actions that were taken and enter unlimited number of comments. Also, users can group together a number of different exceptions and perform a Batch Update on any field.

Exception metadata has unlimited number of user definable fields in addition to the system fields for exceptions. Each dropdown is user definable and users can track exception Root Causes upon resolution. A complete history is recorded on all user actions & edits.

There is a very flexible search for Exceptions or users can just look at what is in their Exception Queue. Supervisors can monitor all the user queues and re-route if required. Exceptions can be exported to CSV files also.
