Our Data Integration services involve the conversion of data from existing legacy system into an OPUS system and identifying the on-going inbound and outbound data flows.
Data Conversion
Most all installation today require the data conversion from some legacy or earlier version system. As a result of our process analysis and configuration data mapping, we will look at existing data sources and make recommendations on the best path for migration. Once a data mapping plan is in place, Thoroughbred Technologies will configure existing data import utilities to accommodate your specific import requirements.
Thoroughbred Technologies performs trial conversions prior to 'conversion day' and determines the best direct path to convert your data, whether it is from Oracle to Oracle or SQL to Oracle, or some other combination. We have converted as many as 200 million records in a weekend conversion for a "go live" Monday.
Daily Interfaces
We determine the required incoming and outgoing data interfaces needed for your businesses. Configurations to the OPUS Realtime module allow us to import data from multiple sources and provide business rules for these imports. Out bound data feeds can also be configured.
Data Cleanup
Based on business rules, incoming data (initial or ongoing interfaces) can perform custom data clean-up when necessary. This may be required when data is coming from older systems and the integrity of the data is suspect or when the values of data have changed over the years.
