  • Item Requests - System users can search and submit requests for files & boxes. These requests will then be displayed in a Request Queue for fulfillment. Email notifications can also be configured.
  • Extensive Searching – Searching on multiple fields, as well as the utilization of wildcard and global searches allow users to locate any record fast, effortlessly, and efficiently.

Metadata Forms and Report Customization

System administrators can configure unlimited number of metadata indexing forms. Each field element can have its own set of business rules. Once forms have been defined, they can be used for data entry/editing and as search criteria. Forms can be linked to user definable groupings or departmental categories with create, edit and view security permissions associated to each form.

Users can define their own ad hoc reports, which include multiple grouping levels as well as detail fields. Columns can be customized by size, font and color. Multiple levels of sorting, include terminal digit sorting can be enabled.
